May 27th... and a D6 later... violá

The D6 sits near the northern edge of the property, beside the mahogany tree

existing cistern and driveway... a contrast to the overgrown pictures of before.

panning to the west ... old roofing from Hurricane Hugo time, found scattered on the property...  The Dakota sits under the Genip tree

And the hills in the western distance past Christiansted. The road is the main East End Road.

Photos taken from the upper part of Estate Boetzberg... 32 is the now cleared lot to the right of the pond... the hotel and golf course to the north.

The view is to the north... St Thomas, St John and the BVI, just faint shapes low down on the distant horizon, some 40 miles away.
